Schedule with Veteran Disability Exams!
Our 100% service-connected examiner, Dr. Rice, has 17+ years of experience in urgent care and primary care and three years as a VA disability and compensation examiner. Dr. Rice knows what the VA is looking for in an exam, which is why we use the same exam template as the VA. We cover two medical conditions, not one, in our Nexus letters and disability and compensation exams. There’s no rushing you! Our exams are up to three hours long.

A few reminders:
Dr. Rice in Tikrit, Iraq in 2003, where he served as a Field Physician.
Check out our “services” page for a complete list of what we offer.
Per VA guidelines, we cannot perform exams for mental health conditions, such as PTSD.
We can perform disability exams through the virtual appointment platform Zoom for some medical conditions. Call us or email us if you are unsure if you need to be seen in person before booking an appointment.
You must purchase a record review first. We have to review your medical records before we know whether we can help you and write you a Nexus letter.
It is FREE to come in and discuss your case.
Give us a call! We will work around your schedule! Our availability includes Saturday morning hours and some evening hours.

Payment arrangements, including payment plans, are made after you come in for your free consultation and decide you want our services. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Half of the cost of the service you want must be paid before you can have your letter.
Veteran Disability Exams Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details for your Record Review and Consultation
Please bring in a copy of your DD214 and all pertinent medical files. This includes all your medical records from your service. It also includes your exit exam. If you have providers for the medical condition for which you are seeking disability or compensation, then we need the last 6 medical visits as well as any x-rays, MRIs, ultrasounds, PT, or OT reports from the last two years. We do not need the films, JUST THE REPORTS. The medical records must be in chronological order. We will not accept records that are not in chronological order.
Cancellation policies for Veteran Disability Exams and Late Policy
At Veteran Disability Exams, we understand that “life happens” and sometimes you may need to cancel an appointment or reschedule it. If you want to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, we need 2 days notice. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we will have to re-schedule.
Return Policy
We apologize. But there are no returns on our work. We stand by the quality of our work.
